This machine aimed at solving the  existing carton printing machinery poor automation, low stability, poor reliability, unsightly appearance, short life and other problems. It adopts high speed direct printing method, which integrates printing, drying, varnish, slotting, die-cutting, gluing box, folding and carton forming. It can complete the production process from corrugated board to finished packaging carton at one time. It equipped with automatic feeding unit, automatic computer control, digital display, using precision servo motor and electronic modules to adjust and monitor the entire production process. 

Feeder Unit：

◆Continuous or skip feeding

◆Save ink function,when ink change color or wash, every unit can save ink 0.4-0.5 kg per unit (applicable roller to roller ink supply system).

◆Efficient environmental protection:adopt the double diaphragm ink pump scraper ink recycling micro ring system,can recovery and clean

 the ink of  the roller and the scraper ink cavity in a short period of time (10 minutes) , saving water resources

◆Each printing unit can be installed with hot air or infrared drying system (optional).

Slotting Unit：

◆Single shaft double knife slotting, box height adjustment using the internal gear structure, so that the lubricating oil is not easy to pollute the carton.

◆The structure of transverse move of slotting knives bases, the screw rod is matched with the guide shaft, so that the movement is more flexible and accurate.

◆Elastic corner cutter structure, three layers, five layers of cardboard cut corners without adjustment, the operation is more convenient

◆The first pre pressing wheel, second pressing wheels, the paper is not easy to break.

◆Equipped with portable punch die base.

Die cutting Unit：

◆Quickly change the blade die device(optional)

◆Anvil cover roller machanical spiral the reversing 50mm autokinetic movement horizontal structure.

◆Anvil cover micro cutting ausrichten structuer,keep the anvil cover surface is flat and level.and can set adjustment anvil cover roller rotational speed,
